Journalist from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello of Caracas, Venezuela. He has also studied Social Sciences and Journalism in the Universidad de Chile. His professional development has been associated to the spheres of advertisement, journalism, political marketing, public and government affairs, and communications consulting.The latter is closely related to the creation of his company, ICC-CRISIS, founded in 1989. He has advised more than 290 companies and institutions, both in the public and private sector, from a wide range of lines of business, and he has contributed to the Nation Branding Strategy for Chile from the very beginning.
He has received several awards and participated as a judge in different contests and festivals. He is the co-author of the book “Elecciones, manual del candidato”, together with the Spanish authors José Luis Sanchis and Marcos Magaña.
