Journalist from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello of Caracas, Venezuela. He has also studied Social Sciences and Journalism in the Universidad de Chile. His professional development has been associated to the spheres of advertisement, journalism, political marketing, public and government affairs, and communications consulting.The latter is closely related to the creation of his company, ICC-CRISIS, founded in 1989. He has advised more than 290 companies and institutions, both in the public and private sector, from a wide range of lines of business, and he has contributed to the Nation Branding Strategy for Chile from the very beginning. He has received several awards and participated as a judge in different contests and festivals. He is the co-author of the book “Elecciones, manual del candidato”, together with the Spanish authors José Luis Sanchis and Marcos Magaña. Rafael Sousa

Master in Political Science from the Catholic University (best average of the generation), Master in Communication, Journalist and Graduate in Social Communication from the Diego Portales University. He has advised more than 100 private and public companies, foundations, institutions and associations in the most diverse fields in the fields of Corporate Communication, Public Affairs, Crisis Management, Internal Communication and Political Analysis. Columnist in the newspaper La Tercera. He has been an undergraduate and postgraduate professor at different universities, currently teaching the Crisis Management course in the Master in Communication at the UDP. He is the author and co-editor of the book “Corporate Chile: the challenge of connecting with citizen Chile” and co-author of “Strategic Communication: the vision of renowned authors in 5 countries” (Brazil). Member of the Amcham Sustainability Committee and certified in Impact Measurement & Management for the SDGs by Duke University, sponsored by UNDP.
